As a someone with roots in both the vibrant culture of Brazil (Corrêa) and the entrepreneurial spirit of America (Kenneth), I have spent my lifetime straddling two worlds. This inherently unique perspective has endowed me with a singular set of skills and insights that have shaped my odyssey - ranging from a teaching Innovation at Brazil's leading business school to founding and directing two flourishing businesses in Latin America (150+ people).

Over a span of 15 years, I have challenged the constricting norms in business and unearthed unprecedented avenues of growth for companies of disparate sizes, everywhere in Brazil and in broader Latin America. This journey has been rich, fulfilling, and imbued with countless success stories that testify to my commitment to driving growth in the business landscape.

However, among the many roles I embrace, the one that truly resonates with me, that stirs a profound sense of purpose in me, is the role of a creator.
